Accounting Manager

Homemi is a home-products brand selling through our own storefront, Shopee / Lazada / TikTok Shop, retail partners such as HomePro, and project customers. Most products are imported directly from overseas factories, and the whole business runs on an ERP we build in-house, from stock and orders to the general ledger and tax documents.

We are hiring two Accounting Managers to own the company's numbers: lead the accounting team, close the books on time every month, and give management a true picture of profit per sales channel.

Responsibilities

• Monthly and annual close, financial statements, P&L by sales channel, and management reports
• Full tax compliance (VAT PP.30, withholding tax PND.3/53, PND.1, corporate PND.50/51) and liaison with auditors, the Revenue Department, and external advisors
• Control landed cost of imported goods, FIFO inventory valuation, and reconciliation of COGS against the warehouse system
• Reconcile cash in and out across bank accounts, Shopee / Lazada / TikTok payouts, company cards, and advances
• Design and improve accounting processes in our ERP together with the engineering team to remove manual work
• Lead and coach the accounting / accounting-admin team; review documents before posting
• Tax and cash-flow planning; flag anomalies to management early

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; eligible to register as a bookkeeper (CPD). CPA is a plus
• 5+ years in accounting with at least 2 years closing the books yourself
• Understand trading / import businesses and marketplace selling (fees, payouts, returns)
• Strong on VAT, withholding tax, and corporate income tax
• Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets and quick to learn an in-house system
• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, able to explain numbers to non-accountants
• On-site at Ralunar Commerce head office, Monday to Friday
