Warranty

Homemi provides a warranty for its branded products against any quality or functional defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage conditions. This “FREE REPLACEMENT WARRANTY FOR 1 YEAR” (“WARRANTY”) is valid for one (1) year from the date of receipt of the products. Products that are received in a damaged condition will be replaced at no cost, and this will not be counted as fulfilling the warranty terms.

WARRANTY Limitations:

This WARRANTY is only applicable to home appliances purchased from the official Homemi store or products bearing the Homemi logo, excluding soup pots, frying pans, and accessories.

This WARRANTY does not cover defects or damage caused by improper use or maintenance, normal wear and tear, commercial use, accidents, or external factors. Any unauthorized repairs, modifications, or customizations void the WARRANTY.

Eligibility for WARRANTY:

To qualify for WARRANTY coverage, the following conditions must be met:

1.Register for Homemi brand warranty according to the “WARRANTY REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS” within 30 days of receiving your order.
2.Provide valid proof of purchase, such as the order ID, receipt, or sales invoice (for offline purchases).
3.Submit valid proof, including photos or videos, demonstrating that the defects or damages to the Homemi products fall under the WARRANTY.
4.Confirm with us whether the original Homemi products need to be returned, based on the specific situation.
5.Each order is entitled to one free replacement under this warranty.

Please note that Homemi brand warranty not registered as per the BRAND WARRANTY REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS, without valid proof of purchase, or with altered or illegible proof of purchase, will be considered outside the warranty coverage.
